Shipping and delivery during COVID-19: At the Noosa Chocolate Factory we aim to send orders as quickly as possible. However, during this time both the Noosa Chocolate Factory and Australia Post are experiencing greater demand. As a result, our standard 1-3 business day delivery turn around, can now be up to 4-7 business days.

We dispatch orders Monday - Wednesday. Any orders placed after 12pm on Wednesday will be sent out the following week (excluding areas within 10km radius in Brisbane) to avoid sitting in transit over the weekend.

The Noosa Chocolate Factory is not liable for any late or damaged deliveries caused by third party courier services. We will use packaging methods and express post services that will aim to reduce the impact of heat on the chocolate products, but it is ultimately the customers risk to purchase our products for delivery.

Additionally, we ask that customers only provide us with residential or company addresses as their shipping address. Unfortunately, this means we are also unable to deliver to hospital rooms and their respective building addresses.

At the Noosa Chocolate Factory we aim to provide quality service. If there is an any issues with your order please email orders@thenoosachocolatefactory.com.au with a detailed description, as well as photos (if possible).

Gluten

We only have gluten in the liquorice bullets. However, all products are made in the same factory and with the same equipment. So, we cannot guarantee that there won’t be traces in other products.

Vegan

We are currently in the early stages of bringing out a new vegan range. At the moment, we have the vegan milk strawberries, vegan coconut rough slab, vegan blueberry slab and vegan cherry slab. Otherwise, we do have some dark slabs such as the dark macadamia slab and dark sea salt slab which do not actively contain animal products. However, if you are buying for a strict vegan, please let them know all products are made in the same facility, with the same equipment and traces are present.

Gelatin

Our Rocky Road, peppermint slab and honeycomb contain gelatin.

Our jelly slabs are made with pectin. This is a vegetarian friendly alternative to gelatin. The gelatin in the Rocky Road is located in the marshmallow and not the jelly.

All products are made in the same factory and on the same equipment, we cannot guarantee there won’t be traces of nuts in our non-nut products. Please note, this applies to all of our products.

Our slabs are your best option (excluding the smashed peppermint and honeycomb) but we do not have any products certified as Halal so purchasing or products it is at the customers discretion.
