This Easter we have made 1900 kg of fresh raw chocolate for easter to make over 4800 eggs and 2715 bunnies. It takes over 18 minutes to hand mould and hand paint one medium easter egg.
Our entire Easter range is made fresh within 21 days prior to Easter Sunday.
And the chocolate used to make each one of our eggs and bunnies is made fresh by our chocolate makers, from real cocoa beans. From scratch.
